Chef Alberto Fol and his team share their passion and recipes to showcase the best selection from the local fields and markets. Every Sunday through live cooking sessions they will demonstrate techniques that will energize your inner chef. Or take advantage of the atmosphere to observe and unwind with a glass of Bisol prosecco.
